Its skin is always damp and mildly sticky. It will often beckon trainers to ride on its back, but while some trainers have had an exhilarating ride, others have been dragged away and never seen again.

From the ugly cocoon comes a beautiful creature.
Based off of the legend of the kelpie, a water spirit that took the form of a horse. It would lure children onto its back and then drag them into the water.
Name derived from Kelpie and Hippocampus
